1. Bookings and services
A booking is confirmed when Listing to Offer accepts the order and confirms the shoot details. The services, deliverables, price, taxes, and payment schedule shown in your confirmed order or invoice form part of these terms.
2. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property information, safe and timely access, required permissions, and any branding or materials needed for the project. You confirm that you are authorized to have the property filmed and to provide any content supplied to us.
3. Delivery and revisions
Our standard target is delivery within 48–72 hours after the shoot. Timing may change for larger projects, late client materials, access issues, unusual editing needs, or circumstances outside our control. Unless the order says otherwise, one reasonable revision round is included.
4. Promotion and view promise
Additional Reach is included in the $199 Launch Package at no extra cost. Participation is optional: during booking, you may choose no promotion, Listing to Offer channels only, or Listing to Offer plus Hari’s Calgary REALTOR® channels. You confirm that you are authorized to approve public promotion and have obtained any required seller or brokerage permissions. Nothing will be published through Additional Reach without your property-specific written approval of the finished video and selected channels.
The Listing to Offer-only option includes a promise of at least 2,500 combined platform-reported views. The combined Listing to Offer and Hari’s channels option includes a promise of at least 5,000 combined platform-reported views. We target the selected total within the first 10 days and may repost or continue promoting through day 30. If the selected promise is not reached by day 30, we will refund $50. Withdrawing approval before day 30 ends the associated view promise. Views are not unique viewers and do not guarantee inquiries, showings, offers, or a sale.
5. Media rights
After required payment is received, you may use the delivered media to market the applicable listing and your real estate services. The included Additional Reach service is governed by the written approval process above. Any other portfolio, website, social-channel, or promotional use by Listing to Offer will follow the permissions agreed for the project.
6. Cancellations and third-party services
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Booking, payment, hosting, and social platforms may also apply their own terms and availability.
7. Responsibility and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing to Offer is not responsible for indirect losses, platform outages, algorithm changes, or results outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
